· Transgress, Transform, Transcend: Check out photos and other information about our historic 2009 conference in Seattle.
*For the purpose of NQAPIA communications, ‘LGBTQ API’ includes
any subgroup of LGBTQ and any subgroup of API. Also, we are defining Q
as inclusive of all gender non-conforming identities. Gender non-conforming
is
a term for individuals whose gender expression is different from the societal
expectations based on their assigned sex at birth – regardless of how
that gender expression is manifested in an individual’s identity, presentation,
sexuality/orientation, and/or intimate relationships.
