📢 What is the Southern Regional Convening?
Are you part of an organization in the U.S. South working to empower, organize, or advocate for LGBTQ+ AANHPI communities? Are you an individual looking to build connections, find a political home, or engage in community organizing?
The Southern Regional Convening is a dedicated space for individuals, organizations, and coalitions working in the South to come together for two full days of workshops, strategic planning, and resource sharing.
The South has long been under-resourced, especially for LGBTQ+ communities of color. With one of the highest AANHPI population growth rates in the country, it’s more important than ever to elevate Southern voices and strengthen movement-building efforts.
